Architectural Application

Prior to making any changes to the exterior of your unit, an architectural application should be submitted for approval to the Board. Examples include but are not limited to windows, doors, etc.  Architectural applications should include any plans, drawings, and color samples as appropriate.  Applications are reviewed by the board within 60 days of receipt.  Please note that in some circumstances a permit may also be required prior to proceeding with any work once the application is approved.

Architectural approval is needed for any exterior work that will change the appearance of the exterior of the unit.  If you are replacing a window with the exact type and color window, an application is not needed.  If you are updating your patio door with a different type of door and maybe a deviation in the color, an application is required.

Enroll in ACH

We understand that writing a check for your HOA or Condo fee may be one of the last checks that you write. We are an authorized payee for banks if you want to automatically pay through your bank account. As an option, enroll in ACH and we will arrange for your fee to be automatically deducted from your bank account at not cost to you.
