In the event of an emergency (property or life-threatening flood or fire) after hours, weekends, or over a holiday period, do not hesitate to contact our office at 410-313-8608 24 hours per day 7 days per week.  Unit owners should contact Howard Property Management prior to reaching out to their own insurance provider.  Our staff can mitigate any damage and manage the insurance process.

  • Fire – call 911 immediately then report it to Howard Property Management.
  • Water Damage/Flooding – resulting from a broken pipe, main waterline break outside your unit, or a main sewer line back-up into your home, contact the emergency answering service.
  • Roof Leak – contain leak and report it to Howard Property Management during regular business hours
